The O2 Venue App

We‘ll visit London every year - also an event at the O2. We‘ve seen Steely Dan, Steve Winwood … The people are nice an friendly. The location got everything the visitors need. 💚🇬🇧

First I had the same problem as some other people writing that they don’t get access to their tickets. I downloaded the app, created an account with the email address I used for my ticket purchase and the app updated. But then when I wanted to see “my tickets” the app asked me to log in but didn’t accept my login data. The solution is to sign up again with the same email address. I finally have my ticket. The app in itself is great. But the tickets could be found more easily.

The sign up button doesn‘t work, so I cannot retrieve my tickets. Since it is the only way, I am kind of at loss what to do. The app and os is updated , so is hay should I do? No it contact available, nothing. I am ready to give the tickets back since I would be coming from Germany. However, not possible either. This is just really absurd.

Senseless App anyway. But not working at all makes it a complete scum.

I can’t access my tickets through this app. It uses multiple conflicting accounts (O2, AXS, and linked accounts). I can’t log in with an email address I previously registered with to retrieve my tickets purchased via Ticketmaster, nor can I reset the password for that previously created account, because the app claims that email address is unknown. What this app excels at, though, is trying to subscribe the user to additional marketing messaging, notifications, and newsletters.

Couldn’t log in spent hours trying

Despite repeated attempts I don’t receive the email for password reset. Rubbish app.

The app is appalling we have been here 1hr trying to download the tickets

Yet again, I visit both the AXS and O2 apps in a vain attempt to find the tickets I booked. No sign of them even though I have received several emails from O2 with information about the concert. Really, really poor app. More time wasted queuing up to collect my tickets. One star is generous.
