Love it!
Really enjoy Aoife’s classes. I joined when I was pregnant as I found it hard to find any online classes that were pregnancy friendly. Absolutely loved the pregnancy and post natal classes and would highly recommend for keeping active while pregnant and to get back into exercise post baby. I could feel such a difference after completing the core and pelvic floor recovery programme. I love the huge selection of classes and the variety in length. Quick and easy to do at home or in the gym. Would definitely recommend!
