Downgraded app
For some reason the publishers have downloaded the app so it only has a pdf version of the magazine at substandard scan. The words are pixelated and blurred. All a bit disappointing as the prior app was fine

Mediocre app
Does not reliably function without a live internet connection. Clumsy process to restore iTunes subscription. Slow display. Overall disappointing: the UK app is much better
Perhaps improved, perhaps not
Less of a “latest news” summary than the old version, but remains interesting if less current. A bit more difficult to find what I need every morning.
Still broken.
Still no new issue of the magazine
Amazing
Can hardly wait from one week until the next to read the week from cover to cover. All the news I need is delivered in an unbiased comprehensive magazine. Have been devoted to The Week since its first publication.

Very good, but there is a bug
I like this magazine very much and have just subscribed for a year. Magazine-style reader as well as full-page article mode is wonderful. But there is a bug that although I downloaded the magazine, I still can't read it in offline mode. I really hope that developers can solve this problem. Thank you.
I can’t get it to reliably download
I’ve been trying to work through this issue and I can’t even figure out whose job it is to fix it. The information is great; it’s also well-written and brief. On the other hand, when I’m stuck for two or three weeks with the same issue of a magazine called “The Week”. . . The “restore” button does nothing. I try to sign in, but Apple doesn’t offer the customer number to do so. I’ve written to the CDSfulfillment folks, but they don’t deal with Apps from the Apple App Store. The Zinio app support people no longer work on The Week. I really don’t know what they expect people to do when there’s a problem.
Where is my July 19th Digital Issue?
I received the issue for one day and then it disappeared. The Week has great content but awful App developers. It is almost a week now and the 26th should be arriving soon. Please go back to the other developers,Zinio. The new offshore customer service is incompetent.
Poor system
The news is well done but it doesn’t always work. The system is unreliable. I received the new online magazine yesterday and now it’s gone. What the heck?
