I hated your resort to this, but maybe this will get Zynga’s attention. I’ve been playing Wizard of Oz for years and for the most part is a good game. EXCEPT, with games involving the flower baskets. Several months ago I was playing a game and no matter what play was made an empty basket would not go go away and you could never close out the game. I literally spent T least $70 in coins trying to close it. Zynga makes you jump hoops to try contact them and never was able to. I stopped playing for a while and decided to play again, and the same thing just happened where the game will not close out. I used extra coins to try and close it and it wouldn’t no matter what combination I tried. I learned my lesson so I closed out the game. The problem is when you do that you lose your special crystal ball. So either there is a flaw in the game or Zynga is scamming people into purchasing more coins. Either way Zynga and all the players need to know this. I’ll post another review informing whether or not I was contacted after this by Zynga and with the outcome is.

I’ve been a user of this game for years and years. I’ve been incredibly pleased with it for many years. The power up butterfly no longer works to benefit you. When you are close to beating a level and use a butterfly to help you it randomly does what it wants with no benefit to you. This has only started happening about 6 weeks ago and I thought was a fluke. I’ve attempted to find another way to report this to game support but I was only able to if I provided my email address. 
This game has been a 4 and 5 star game until now. I hope this issue is resolved soon so I can come back and provide a better review and rating.

Updated 8/17/25 and trying to play ‘Wake up Dorothy’. I passed level 1 and 2, it automatically went back to level 1. I pass it again, and again instead of advancing to 2, it goes back to 1! 

Also…why are new levels of the regular game only put on Mondays and with such few levels to pass before getting back to Legends? Why not release 50 or more levels at once?

Absolutely ridiculous amount of pop ups trying to coerce purchases.  I mean literally over a dozen pop ups one after the other and sometimes you have no option but to agree to purchase before you can cancel and get back to the game. I do in-app purchases fairly often so I find this ad aggression over the top.  But the game itself is excellent.  Well coded and beautifully engaging.
