There are bots established throughout majority of the maps. For any new players or anyone starting from scratch the game is practically unplayable. Whoever is in charge of this game does not care apparently, because the bots have been there for years now. However, the admins are quick to ban actual player accounts. Both Innocent and guilty, I’ve witnessed many players lose all of their hard work and progress. The game could be great, but coms2us and the admins will not put forth the effort to make it so. Cleanse the game of the bots!

It looks and plays better than when i first played but the game is STILL missing KEY features like seeing party members on your map and “whisper chat.” Please add at LEAST the pt map upgrade!

Where to start? I first played this game many moons ago when it was first released on the App Store. Stopped playing after a year or so after I became more busy with school and to be fair the gameplay is very grindy. Being level 40 was a miraculous even. A few years ago I decided I wanted to try the game out again so I created a new account, verified it and everything. Played for a bit, spent some money. Well I got a new phone and had to log back in. Tried to log back it it told me my account doesn’t exist. Reached out to customer support and they WERE EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL. They told me generic stuff like “click reset password” like I wasn’t trying that 10 million times before reaching out to them. At the end of the day they couldn’t help me recover my account at all saying that account doesn’t exist even with a verified email and information so all in all I feel like I’ve been scammed out of my money and even my time I spent on this game which is a real shame… My advise? Be careful when spending money in this game and creating an account because their support team is nothing short of trash.

The only suggestion I have is to increase marketing for this game for global server player base.

I love playing this game you guys should make it compatible with controllers I just got the new back bone and wanted to see if it worked with the world of magic but sadly it did not work. Please update this so users can have more fun when playing your game. Thank you so much.

Played this game in its hay day. Now it’s overrun by bots and the developers refuse to address the problem. Introduction of gacha mechanics and collection make this game pay-to-win.

This game is amazing I’ve played for years, however I feel the main reason people tend to quit and not stay on long is because of people who make bots and farm offline and take over low level areas preventing others to enjoy the game. The new server on prelude is full of just bots. If only a GM went online to check areas for bots and did something about this. MAIN ISSUE IS BOTS
