It’s unbelievable how complicated and not logical developers and designers made this app and website. You can’t change payment card since once you’ve paid for your data pack. Every time you go to checkout, it’s automatically sent you to three website and you have to log in. Why you have the app if you send your customers to your website??? Miserable service, better use another broadband

Three app is the worst application and has the worst service in whole of uk. Getting a three contract was the worst mistake of my life and now i am stuck with with a network provider whose application feels like i am using internet in 2005.

I am using Three because it is the phone company to go with. They will always let you know when your data pack will end the day before. Another thing that I like about it as well is that it is easy for me to log into my account because all what I have to do is put my phone number and save my passcode so all I do is press the button and it logs into my account and shows me my data left and the packs you can get ,you can also see when you need to top up your account. There are also many deals - winter pack , summer pack.

I have several numbers for my family members. When I try to login to check on the used allowances of my children, the app insists that it send a text to the selected number. However, those SIM cards are not with me. Why can I not chose to get a code sent to the registered email address? At the current setup, the app cannot handle a customer with multiple numbers and locations.
