Great for track progress and exercise guidance
Honestly I’ve got a lot of guidance for execution of many exercises in the gym. I can say I’ve learned how to use properly the machines I’ve never used before. It’s also great for guide you on weekly splits. I’ve added like 3 kg of natural muscle in the last two months and continuing seeing progress. I recommend it personally! The only downside is that if you lack internet connection, the videos are not loading. And also when you’re on a weekly training, you are not able to see other completed plans and your progress in there.
