The video quality is great but if I purchase a product I don’t expect to have to watch a sales commercial for other products every time I log on.

This app is functional, but since 2020 the inclusion of ads is annoying. There is no in app purchase to get rid of them either. With the changes, I wouldn’t be surprised if the app doesn’t send video content somewhere without notifying the user. I’m forced to use this until I can find an alternative.l

So many ads, it’s a freaking dash cam for crying out loud wth is this about?

This is a terrible app. There are advertisements after advertisements. If you can find another app that works with your camera, it Hass to be better than this one.

App works horribly. Files take forever to download, watching live is glitchy, cant change time format to 12 hour. Theres annoying ads. I paid for this camera why am I getting ads in the app to use it. Ridiculous.

it seems that this app keeps getting worse and worse I can no longer save to the camera album because I get the "save to album failed" message. connecting to the camera to access. The DVR album has become tedious please fix.

I bought this dashcam for the sole reason of capturing disturbances to my vehicle however the collision/parking mode won’t stay on. Even with powering the camera down to save the settings it doesn’t work and I have wired the connection properly.

I haven’t had too many issues with this app other than the constant ads when I’m trying to get a video when urgently needed and sometimes connection issues. You guys need to situate this better for people who really need a video for a car accident etc. that’s what this is for….. if you can’t handle making your stuff work properly, let another company do so.

This app used to be free and work but now it’s a scam. It wants you to put a card on file for “free” when you make a profile. No where does it tell you that it will charge your card $40.00.
