Bought tickets for Laneway festival, try opening the app on the day, won’t even open, spent over an hour before the ticket finally loaded, however for loads of people I know it didn’t work at all and the app totally crashed, meant massive ticket lines and stress for everyone.

Even basic functionality is not working. Unable to share tickets as shared links are not working. Sometimes tickets cannot be viewed and you have to open a ticket multiple times. Emailed ticket links are mixed up. There is no apple wallet support. I don’t know why NZC uses this app when there are much better alternatives are available.
