Why do we have to pay this fee every time… Ticketmaster are winning every time..

Ticketmaster Team This surly must be the worst app I have had to deal with. Constant problems. If you insist on making customers use it…..SORT OUT THE ISSUES.

Very easy and fast with phone!

No easy way to see where the seats are in the venue that you are buying. Had to log in multiple times when trying to buy tickets.

I cannot set up the app as I cannot skip the geolocation step. I do no gave it enabled on my phone and I am not going just because Ticketmaster demands it.

Terrible app, keeps logging me out. Can’t view my tickets in upcoming event. Have to go online to view tickets. Deleted it. Not worth the space it uses on my iPhone.

Downloaded this version of the app as when I opened the app I had it on my home screen the message said it wasn’t in use any more. Sorry now I did. When this version is opened is completely blank. Way to go guys. Not much use to me now if I need to retrieve my tickets for an event. Rubbish!

Every time, without fail I have to reset my password as the app and website says it’s incorrect. I know for a fact it is not, I screenshot the new password they make me make every time and it always says it’s invalid. I’m not stupid or not tech savvy, it their system. So frustrating to lose out of tickets due to it timing out when they say my password is incorrect. Billion dollar company and they have glitchy and unreliable app. I dream of them having a competitor.

The new update is dreadful please fix it

Extortionate fees. Ticketmaster should be banned
