Succesvol door de wachtrij, en dan de melding “oeps er ging iets mis”. Na paar keer refresh en andere browsers proberen word ik geblokkeerd. Lekker dan!

Terrible app, nags you constantly and ask for too much permissions. Lots of crashes. If they didn’t have a monopoly I would delete the app immediately

Rejects my payments for no reason. Customer support will not help.

Annoying app. Sold out concerts are not indicated as such and only after 5 or more clicks you’ll find that out. Also refuses to work with vpn.

For the fees they take they can finally hire software developers who can actually code. They trashiest app (same as web) to use and sadly we have to use it around the globe. Buying tickets on Ticketmaster is always pain and gamble. Tickets are not available most of the time, presale links lead you to “no tickets found” message 9 out of 10 times and this is in the first 15 minutes of official presale. Most of the concerts don’t have a venue plan (are you guys plain lazy or don’t think people want to see where they are going to sit?). Ticketmaster developer should be the same as a tag “non-hirable”. I go to so many concerts but the terrible user experience I have to go through every single time makes me feel I try buying tickets online in 1994. You’re simply the worst!

Why can’t I just see the upcoming events in my city starting from today? Why do I need to pick a specific date? I’m sure there was a reason for changing the old version, but honestly, the user experience has taken a big step back. Also, the app feels really buggy. I keep getting “general error” when logging in, and random 404s when trying to add something to favorites. Needs work.
