## Ticketmatic Description
De Ticketmatic app is de officiële wallet app voor zalen die met Ticketmatic werken.

Na aankoop zijn je tickets meteen beschikbaar in de app. Je hoeft tickets niet te downloaden of af te drukken. Tickets in de Ticketmatic app zijn gegarandeerd geldig. Hierdoor is er geen risico op valse tickets. Bij aankoop van meerdere tickets kun je deze gemakkelijk doorsturen naar andere personen.

De organisator kan informatie toevoegen aan je ticket, waardoor je ticket fungeert als een programmaboekje. Je blijft op de hoogte van relevante updates.

Je kan zelf je persoonsgegevens bekijken en beheren. Ook je volledige orderhistoriek is beschikbaar.

Hoor graag de reden van erg klantonvriendelijke app. Heb aanvraag gedaan om tickets over te zetten. Het kostte meerdere pogingen om Ticketmatic op de iPhone te activeren na activatie op iPad.

Sinds de update niet te gebruiken. Ik mis gewoon een heel aantal functies. In Denise app kon ik zien welke voorstelling ik had gezien en welke ik nog ga zien. Dat is nu helemaal weg. Krijg alleen een wit scherm. 
Echt zonde want ik was heel tevreden over de oude app. Hoop dat dit gauw hersteld wordt.

Ik vond het eerst zo’n handig app, om (bijna) al mijn theater tickets bij elkaar te hebben. Voorheen (denk voor versie 10), stonden al mijn tickets overzichtelijk onder elkaar op volgorde van datum.
Sinds de nieuwe “user interface” moet ik eerst op HDR betreffende organisatie tikken om de kaartjes te bekijken. Zo heb ik geen overzicht meer welke voorstellingen nou de eerste zijn.
Ik vind de op zich de optie die de kaartjes per organisatie toont prima, maar alleen als aanvulling, niet als vervanging. 
Hoop zo dat het totaal overzicht weer snel terug komt.
