### **--- "ambitious, but buggy"
I like most features of the app.

but the amount of times I have to shut down and restart the app is ridiculous. 

take the use case of searching an entry: as soon as results for the search string pops up, I often cannot interact with the title‘s menu. it just doesn’t respond. only after restarting and redoing the search it will be possible to do something with it.
but sometimes this happens randomly at other points of trying to open a title’s menu.

sometimes playlists won’t display all entries (or won’t open at all). 

sometimes I can’t access my liked titles section.

most times tapping on a song when another one is playing, the response time until playback starts is agonisingly delayed.

and sometimes playback will just seize, without me even touching my phone.

I‘m happy you start to pack new features into the app, but would you just pause that for a little bit and put more effort into overall  performance? sometimes it feels like I‘m testing a second year student mobile app development project.

the design is captivating though, I‘ll give you that. and the range of available titles and media quality is impressive. and some minor issues I experienced in the past seem fixed, for example displaying the current position in the queue. more the reason to put emphasis on reliability. 

otherwise my days with your product are numbered, I have enough other unstable stuff to deal with.

### ***-- "Albumcover falsch und Gespeicherte Songs funktionieren nach einer Weile nicht mehr"
Die App zeigt beim Abspielen eines Songs von meiner Bibliothek mit fast
4000 Songs in der Warteschlange meistens die falschen Albumcovers an aus anderen Songs im Tidal-Player, wenn im Zufallsmodus. Zusätzlich funktionieren Nach einer Weile einige gespeicherte Songs nicht mehr, wenn sie durch eine neue meist identische Albumversion ersetzt wird und ich muss meine ausgewählten Lieblingslieder der ganzen Alben mühsam ständig neu einzeln einspeichern, wie z. B. eben viele alte Mac DeMarco Alben, was mich extrem viel Zeit und Nerven kosten. Auch funktioniert manchmal die Play/Pause-Taste bei den Kopfhörern nicht. Dies stört mich, da es das Hörerlebnis ruiniert und bei Spotify war sowas nie ein Problem. Zudem wird nach einiger Zeit mir die komplette Titelliste in der Bibliothek nicht mehr angezeigt und muss mich andauernd erneut in meinem Account in der App anmelden, damit sie wieder komplett gezeigt wird.
Ich hoffe, das diese Bugs bitte bald gefixt werden, da es mich im Alltag stört.

Its the best streaming service for Musik enthusiasts that appreciate high quality recordings. Ive been using this app for 3years now. Yes not every song thats on Spotify is available here but almost everything is. For me its the best steaming platform thats out there nowadays.

### ****- "Usually a great App and substitution for Spotify"
I am actually really happy with Tidal and it has worked quite well for me. But recently the Offline-Download which tried to download even when mobile download was turned off, was overheating my IPhone 16 Pro in seconds. My battery lost 10% in 5 min. It also tried to download stuff I already had downloaded. After reinstalling it removed the Offline-Download and worked again. I couldn’t stop the download in App so only reinstalling worked. If you fix this problem and rework the Offline feature, it is a 5 out of 5 Stars!

Aber jetzt habe ich auch noch die Ankündigung bekommen, dass das Familienabo ab August 21,99 € kosten soll und das ist nun der endgültige Showstopper. Ich glaube, das es der Company nicht gut geht, und ich wünsche alles Gute!

Ich liebe TIDAL aber nur eine Anmerkung: Wenn ich zB das Album 1989 taylor‘s Version von Taylor Swift heruntergeladen habe kann ich bestimmte Lieder wie Out of the Woods trotzdem ohne WLAN nicht anhören und auch in der download Liste befindet sich kein Song mehr. Das ist halt ein bisschen nervig. Aber sonst LIEBE ich TIDAL über alles!!!!! Weiter so
