Before there was a “Group ride” button but now they removed it. I am always riding with a group who doesn’t have the app, the account, payment method. So we are using Lime scooters instead. They are trying to reassure you that everything will return. but for more than a month nothing has been returned to either me or my friend. you ask them to provide their payment documents confirming the return, but they say that this is impossible. We returned everything, although they can’t even tell me the return date, contact your bank (let me remind you, they didn’t provide any paperwork about the return). The bank responds that this amount was not “frozen”, it was written off and the seller did not cancel this operation. What we have: a written-off deposit and empty promises that everything will be returned even when all the deadlines have expired. inability to provide supporting documents about the operation.
