Lousiest app
Totally incompetent. No access after payment. Tried to contact Time, unsuccessful too.
New app. Old problem.
I was able to use my account in the old version. After upgrade, cannot login. Can not recognise password. Do a “change password”. Requires me an account number. But I’m a digital subscriber, there is no account number! Tried “contact us”. Again, need account number before I can even contact them. So I cannot use the app while I’m paying monthly subscription. This is so so bad. I’m going to cancel this if TIME don’t fix this soon.
Still no assistance from customer service
Still can’t access my subscription and customer service is totally incompetent. Super disappointed. How can an app fail so badly at its basic function?
New users should never subscribe to TIME magazine
I purchased the magazine since 2 months ago. TIME magazine database having issues and I waited for 2 months have no digital access and no hard copies. Now that i received an email saying I have digital access, I manage to creat username and password. HOWEVER, I am still unable to login to this APP. It's really pathetic. Paid for nothing. For 2 months. New readers please don't subscribe. You will regret it. Their current database is having huge problems.
App doesnt work
I have a subscription but when i went to the app, it kept asking me to buy to download the digital copy. Went to help and closed and reopen the app as instructed but no use.

I liked it that I can read my TIME magazines on my iPad, with the bonus digital contents. I wish other magazines would do the same.
So far the most interactive (thus interesting) e-mag
For all the bugs, TIME app is in my opinion is magazine that makes my subscription so worthwhile... It's exceptional in terms of aesthetics (check out the interactive infographics, the HD pics from The Light Box, etc) which few mags can pit against. Their commitment is what convinces me that current bugs are temporary and we can safely expect great improvements! Written by someone who's been reading it since secondary school.
