FOR BUSINESSES: Requires your employer to have a Time Off Cloud business account. ------ "NO TIME SHEET" CALCULATIONS ENGINE: Simply setup your hours worked per day, start dates, allotted time per year, and accrual periods (every day, month, year, 2x times per month, etc). All of the calculations are clearly displayed showing how much time you have available at any moment. ADVANCED ACCRUALS: The advanced accruals wizard allows you to setup features such as rollover policies and more. (requires newsletter signup) EMAIL REQUESTS: Email time off requests directly to your supervisor and CC yourself. Both personal and business accounts support "web approval". That is, shows the number of AL hours I have rather than days (I work shifts which are different every week), and allows me to see how many I have left! Proven very useful recently as the ESR system we use at work (NHS) has currently got my hours down incorrectly so I need to keep track of my own hours Until it’s amended!! If there was a suggestion that could be made - perhaps allow the next years calendar to be accessible before April - I’m currently having to store my booked annual leave for April 2019 onwards in Notes on my iPhone to transfer over in April. Kind of defeats the object of the app? Bit of a first world problem but I would find it useful. Hopefully others too! I really needed one that could keep track of holidays in hours not days as most app do. This does both. Has some very nice features like you can put in your bosses email address in and when you request some time off it will send him an email! Very nicely layed out and the the attention to detail is very good. Would like the developer to allow you to edit your bosses title as this app calls him a supervisor by default!? Also some iCloud / Dropbox / Evernote backup / restore function is needed so it can be synchronised between two iOS devices.
