Very difficult to connect to wi-fi. Apple's fault. You have to go to Settings, then Wi-Fi, then allow Time ISO as if it were a wi-fi channel (like connecting at an airport or Starbucks or wherever). Very unintuitive but probably a security feature of Apple's. Once you get it to work it's actually pretty good. But 3 stars for terribly incomplete instructions included with the endoscope product. Useless instructions on the app itself. Why do Chinese companies always spend so much on product delvelopment and then cheap out on translations to other languages?

Why won’t the company update this app so that it works with IOS updates?

Always such a hard time connecting!!! Figure it out this is stupid

I have owned and used this two years. The ear canal or Tooth camera is great except that it relies on one focal length. Because of this, the object is more often out of focus than the camera could potentially be if this feature was adjustable. Also, the singular focus could adapt better if the brightness of the LEDs could be adjusted. They are typically over bright, causing the camera to attenuate, and become blurry due to being overwhelmed by so much light.

You need an app to use this, but they make it sound like you simply connect to the wifi - not so easy. Asks for a password but it’s not your wifi password. What is it? Who the heck knows.

I’d give zero stars if I could! Every time I try to use my wireless Otoscope Camera, I get a message saying “there is no Internet connection”. I have no problem with my Internet connection. There’s something wrong with this device & app. Very little information was included with the device. Only a small piece of paper with a few instructions that do not help. Cannot go to a website & cannot contact anyone to get help. The device is useless without the app. I connect to the TIMESISO Wi-Fi & enter the password 12345678 but continue to get an error of “no Internet connection”. I am using an iPhone 14 Pro. Very frustrating!!

Love the concept but this app is a pain to connect to the device if it even works:/

Tellement facile à installer Pour l’installation du wifi c’est comme si tu met un wifi d’un restaurant et tu tiens le bouton et tu va trouver

When turning the thing on, press and hold the power button until it starts blinking, this allowed me to get video, instead of just a grey screen. Works great now!
