Timer Plus comes also with an Apple Watch app that allows you to use your saved custom workouts from the iPhone on your Apple Watch.
This app uses Apple Health Kit in order to run the Apple Watch app in the background.

Great timer, easy to navigate, so simplistic in its customisation. Great background lighting. No adds, no additional cost. So stoked the last one I had asked for payment and forced me to look elsewhere, leading to this app. Can’t recommend it enough.
