Use our Timer Plus app while training at home, at the gym, boxing, MMA, Bodyweight exercises or other fitness activities.
Timer Plus comes also with an Apple Watch app that allows you to use your saved custom workouts from the iPhone on your Apple Watch.
This app uses Apple Health Kit in order to run the Apple Watch app in the background.

So easy to use. Pretty much organized
Very nice
It does what it’s supposed to do. My only gripe is the lack of a START icon on the Apple Watch app when commenting the workout. Specifically ROUNDS.
