I had low expectations of this app. I’ve suffered horrendous jetlag forever and had no reason to believe this would work. Followed the schedule to the letter and can honestly say I suffered ZERO jetlag on my most recent euro-Australia trip. Highly recommend!

On a recent trip from Australia to Europe and back I used this app. It was awesome and made a huge difference to how I managed and felt on such a long haul trip. I followed the app and understood what I was doing and why with very clear instructions and information. I felt great after both trips and any jet lag was insignificant. This app is based on evidence not just opinions and so the outcomes are real! Try it, I will never look back and will definitely be using it for travel.

I followed the app as best as I could (not precisely but close) and no jet lag. The day we arrived in Europe from Australia (via Dubai) was rough but that was because I couldn’t sleep on the plane. I went to bed that night exhausted but haven’t had any jet lag. Will be following the plan for the trip home too!

We did a trip from Sydney via Singapore direct to New York. We arrived in New York at 7.00am totally refreshed with no Jet Lag. We spent the day awake and feeling freshed until we went to bed around 8.30pm that night.
