Incredible. Just works!
I am usually jet lagged after intercontinental travel but this time using Timeshifter Zero Jetlag whatsoever. I’d say it’s magic but this is simply really good applied science. I’m impressed and will use this for all my travels now.
It works. Worth the money. One free trial.
Used it as directed, had zero jetlag instead of 6 hours. Holidays started next morning as if I had never left home.
You upload your flight numbers. The app gives you timed suggestions on
a) when you need a lot of light: medium easy
b) when to have some light: easy
c) when tom avoid coffee and tea: easy
d) when to avoid light: not so easy. Sunglasses, dark room, dark monitor etc. help
This will reset your internal time to the time of your destination.
Be aware: some discipline is needed.
Improvement wish: a dark/night mode would help in avoiding light.
No more jet lag!
Recently, I have been travelling frequently between Geneva ans Montreal. At first I was a little skeptical, but I am so pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the extent to which the recommendations are relevant, easy to implement and work. No jet lag whatsoever! Bravo!

I downloaded it in hopes of conquering my jet lag. I didn’t think it would actually help that much. And the good thing is I didn’t even follow it perfectly and it still worked😊

Totally reduced my 9-hour jet lag
I regularly commute between the West Coast of Canada and Switzerland: 9 hours difference.
Now I only need 2 days to start my meetings with clients while before I did not dare talking with them before 6 days after my arrival.
I was too scattered and since I work as an executive coach, “scattered” can’t happen.
Now I can enjoy more time with my partner in Canada and no longer need to arrive in Europe six days in advance.
Going back is also a breeze, again more time to enjoy!
