Tiny Fax: Send Fax From iPhone

You used to be able to just buy enough credits for however many faxes you actually needed. Now you have to do this subscription option - not a fan at all.

Paid them $6.99 to send one fax (because the bank I was dealing with still uses Fax for some odd reason). Tried to cancel right after and they continued to charge me. Notified Apple that declined to block the vendor so have been trying to deal with ScamFax App directly. No where on the app are you able to cancel. Garbage company- Garbage product.

I bought this app by mistake. And they keep charging me the weekly fee even though I told them I want to cancel my subscription. They make it very difficult to contact them.

I have used tiny fax in the past and the way I was able to purchase points with no janky things happening. This time I purchase 50 points and after that the screen jumped to the $79.99 dollar yearly subscription when I thought the ready button got me out of that purchase mode and the app charged me for the $79.99 yearly subscription! I use tiny fax maybe twice a year. I don’t need an annual subscription! I feel hoodwinked! And there’s no way to get my money back because the owner info is no where on the app. The owner should change that janky option jumping to the subscriptions automatically. Beware when purchasing points for faxing!

This app is listed as “FreeFax”. It is not free like the title implies.

Why does it say free when it is not….

False advertising. They put free fax but then try and charge you right as you send it. Scam just like the rest of them advertising for free.
