I’ve already cancelled my free trial with them and used different payment at first but now it charged me $59.90??!! Where did that came from?? I didn’t even seen any email coming from you if my free trial expires because i never had one in the first place! I’ve already message you but your chat bot is not helpful! I need to get my refund back and will not use this app ever!!!
My Apple ID has an active subscription but we cannot use it for 3 months now. Their website does not help at all.
Why did you push through with my subscription when I clearly cancelled the subscription ahead of the expiration of the free trial?! Refund my money!!!

I’ve already cancelled the subscription and uninstall the app but the status of it is still active. I cancelled the subscription, outright, upon knowing that after the 7-day free trial I will automatically be charged of your ANNUAL FEE. My mistake here is that I did not read the REVIEWS first before downloading the app, and now, I am worried because the free trial will end on July 1 and might be billed of annual fee. Please cancel the subscription.
I was lured to try the 7-day free trial, but I was shocked I was charged for 1 year subscription. When I cancelled it on the 4th or 5th day of the trial period, I am still subscribed for one year! This is misrepresentation if you cannot clarify this matter with acceptable explanation.
