Love the app great place to shop if something catches my eye I will have a good Look at the item.

Does not operate correctly keeps crashing despite sever reloads

You don’t deserve any stars You say on your invoice 2 days delivery then when you ring up its 5 to 7 days the phone goes straight through to India !!! When you say you have emailed them actually 4 times they say they haven’t received any emails really !!!!! The live chat doesn’t work !!!! What kind of company is this ???? And then you have to give yourself a star rating otherwise it doesn’t go through

I am a big fan of tjc products and prices. The recent changes they have done on app are great. Thanks TJC for providing a better experience 😀

Absolutely shocking my daughter placed a order and payed with my card The product wasn’t as described on the website so we returned it They keep trying to take payments out and then a few months later they took over £100 out in one day a total of four payments and never got nowhere with them the card was in my name they didn’t have the authority to do this and I never got a refund absolutely disgusting

Used to work and now doesn’t work so it’s gone from being useful to useless. Meant to help people to get hold of items for cheap prices to easy locations but now doesn’t work. Can’t see items, can’t purchase items. I wish it was as useful as it was before.

The app is crap basically. For instance the live tv is not working. I’ve contacted online and nothing back from them. Nobody replied and I’m sitting here not able to use it.

Don’t use it, it crashes and freezes all the time. I placed and order on 22 January 2022, and they can’t find it. I’m trying to get them to cancel the order that they can’t find, but it’s like talking to my pet cat!

Absolutely useless App it goes with the service we receive from TJC lately
