I have ordered in the app and theres a missing in the order. I tried to reach the store, the agent call but they said they will give update but still there is no replacement for the food!!

I'm beyond frustrated with Muscat Talabat's customer service. I was double-charged on my order at Kucu on October 16, and when I reached out, I was told the refund would take 5-7 days. After waiting the full 7 days, I contacted them again, only to be informed that it’s actually 7 working days. Fine. I waited again, but when I called back after that, I was told I need to wait another 7 days because, apparently, they only processed the refund on October 24. Seriously, what kind of ridiculousness is this? I've reached out to Talabat customer service countless times, and not once has anyone actually resolved this. I’m asked to wait 30 minutes, then 1 hour, then I’m told to wait for a supervisor, only to be told again to wait another 7 days. So, Talabat, what’s the deal? Am I going to get my refund or not?

The customer service is not helping. Useless if we have concerns about the order.

The refund process not getting through cause saying system karban

I ordered food and theres a weird taste on the avocado shake (sour and bitter) which I tried to request for a refund. I fill out the details, attached the picture but it didnot go through.

They don’t have customer service agent. Only automated response which adds more to the stress.

I was suppose to check out my groceries in cart cause i have voucher in grocery when i check it out the voucher disappear!! Where can I complain for this kind of malfunction?!!

my order was canceled without even calling me. I waited for more than an hour and the customer service agent didn’t offer any solution but just keep apologizing and said its a system issue.
