• Need a quick balance check? Use the Quick Balance feature to view your account balance instantly – no login needed! Fast, secure, and always at your fingertips.
• Track your spending – Know where your money is going with the "How I Spend" feature. You can now track your spend for the month across different categories.
• Maximise your savings by setting a goal in your savings account. Create a plan to get what you want – from a new car to a dream holiday.
• Personalise your home screen to keep your top banking tasks at your fingertips. Choose what accounts, goals and spending trackers to show, plus quick links for transfers and payments. Reorder and rename to your heart’s content.
• Lock or unlock transactions anytime, anywhere. Block online payments, ATM withdrawals, or even view your full card details – no physical card needed.

Please note: If you have used digital banking before, you’re ready to use the app. You just need your Member Number and Internet Banking Password. Visit tmbank.com.au/faq for help.

I can’t get this app to work on my new phone as apparently you can only have 4 devices registered at a time, which I didn’t even know that was a thing. So now the only way I can fix that is to log onto my old phones, Go into the settings and change that but I of course no longer have those phones so now I can’t even log into this app anymore, FIX THIS ASAP !!!!!

A good app spoiled by the fact that it regularly freezes and has to be deleted and downloaded again. I use an Apple iPhone 14 with iOS 17 and it crashes regularly. A disappointment from a great bank.

The app is nothing on other banks but the thing that bothers me most is every couple of months I go to use it and I need to reset it up. So I need to remember my internet banking password. This happens at the most frustrating times and I can’t access my account. I’ve never had this issue with any other banking app so I don’t understand why it continues to happen

I don’t understand the low ratings, I’ve been using this app since it was first released. Never any problems. Easy to use gives all the information you need. Transferring to other accounts is just a couple of clicks. Never any problems in other countries. eg UK and Europe.

I’m very annoyed that the app does not rotate when I use my iPad … on my phone it is ok but very frustrating when I use the app on my iPad because the screen does not rotate … I have mentioned it several times when ringing the TMB but it is brushed aside … not like the TCU of old!! Otherwise it is quite easy to use.
