### *---- "Terrible Service - Order Never Sent to the Restaurant"
DO NOT USE THIS APP! I placed an order to a restaurant earlier in the day in the morning for an evening pickup for an event and when I arrived at the restaurant they had closed for the day and nobody had called or confirmed this with me. Clearly the app did not send the order to the restaurant even though my card was charged and I received the order confirmation. Not happy with this app at all. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Love the ease of ordering and supporting wonderful local businesses! And that it picks up location and helps you find great local businesses to support. I can enjoy my favorites now at home as well as caring for an aging parent in another state. Grateful for this app!

Have used this app for several weeks. App uses DoorDash for deliveries but doesn’t tie or connect it to DoorDash. If you get your address incorrect or it not recognize doesn’t give it the option to edit or change delivery method.

The old Toast app was reliable and worked well. Ever since this has changed to “local”, there are multiple bugs. The app won’t save any places as favorites, it displays only “connection error” when I try to access “my activity”, and every time I place an order at one of my frequent restaurants the order goes through but this app displays “error” and prompts me to try again. The latter issue has caused multiple instances of double orders.

I placed an order and waited for over an hour for my order to be picked up. I was never informed that they didn’t have drivers I just placed the order and assumed somebody would pick it up. On top of that the only way to cancel the order is through the restaurant? It’s not the restaurants fault that you didn’t have any drivers so I see it as unacceptable that you make it their problem.

There are restaurants on this app that are not available on others. I really like the fact that the prices on individual items aren’t bloated like they are on other apps.

### *---- "No way to delete payment card"
I added a new payment card, then selected it at checkout, and it still used the old payment method.  Also there’s no way to delete a card once it’s been added, and the only way to see what cards are saved is during checkout.  Worse I accidentally placed a second order while trying to figure this out.  Now I just noticed it charged my old card and the new one!  If I use toast again I’ll use ApplePay and then select the credit card I want to use there. Super unacceptable to not be able to edit payment in your account, and to double-charge meplus buggy app.  I will avoid Toastab from now on!

This app is great sometimes, but the order delivery time has changed feature is INFURIATING. So many times I have placed an order, done payment, etc, then the entire thing stops and says ORDER DELIVERY TIME HAS CHANGED, CONFIRM? Because the order will now be delivered in 41 minutes instead of 40. Okay, so I submit again. WAIT, ORDER DELIVERY TIME HAS CHANGED, CONFIRM? It will now arrive in 42 minutes instead. Omg just submit the order, it’s an absolutely absurd issue.
