I just updated my game and opened it to see that all my progress was deleted. I spent a lot of time on my builds. How can I fix this?
Wouldnt let me get my purchase

The Worst Developers
The developers coin off of the fact that majority of players are young (10 and under). That’s why none of the complaints are ever taken seriously. Emails get met with a generated response resolving nothing and comments under posts on various social media platforms are ignored. I haven’t been able to get into any of the buildings I BOUGHT, since january 7 (currently its january 20th) and there has been no posts addressing the issue despite several hundred comments across multiple posts from many people claiming they too experience a bug in the game.
