The application works fine… if you know Bahasa Indonesia. The desktop version has something like translation, but mobile app doesn’t even for the most basic stuff like Beli, Tidak, Ya buttons. Even though you don’t have any support in English; you just cannot do a lot w/o doing a translation by yourself. I don’t understand why English is among supported languages if it’s absent in any possible way here. Terima kasih
If a courier will leave your parcel in a wrong place, do not wait your money back or parcel. No one will tell where your package was left and platform does not compensate it. Tokopedia does not protect you in such situations, and support team just constantly sends 1 copypast message for about a month now.
