Tokopedia sells almost no merchandise. It merely provides a place where sellers can offer their wares. I’ve often been sent broken items, fake stuff, wrong sizes etc. when you complain the seller just has to lie and say they’ve resolved the problem and you’ll never get your money back. So save shopping on tokopedia for low price items you wouldn’t care if you lost your money.

Punya saldo di tokped krn transaksi dibatalkan. Dulu ada pilihan bisa digunakan dan sisanya bisa makai metode pembayaran lain. Sekarang tidak bisa menggunakan metode pembayaran lebih dari satu. Update yang mengalami kemunduran 👎🏻

My experience using the latest version of this app is really annoying. Sometimes it shows discounts, but when you want to purchase the discounts cann’t be use or less of what has been shown. They claimed because there was no more quota, silly right in the age of AI, cann’t show which quota was still available which one was not. Second is the use of credit card, different issuers have different promotions and different installment periods, now you must register ur card, they would charge you IDR10,000,- to verify, the part that you must register ur credit card is stupid, because when other issuers have better promotions and you want to change with other credit card then you have to register again and therefore incurs another verification charge of IDR10,000,- Making the process of purchasing longer and annoying!

Tolong diberi cara untuk update review. Kadang barang yang dibeli perlu dipakai beberapa minggu baru bisa tau hasilnya bagus atau tidak. Contohnya shampo, body lotion, krim wajah, dll. Jadi kadang setelah beli kita langsung kasih review, ehh ternyata setelah dipakai hasilnya kurang bagus, jadi ada pilihan untuk merubah bintang yang sudah pernah dikasih. Nah tokopedia tidak menyediakan layanan untuk merubah atau mengedit review. Tolong disediakan dong edit review.

Makin canggih pokoknya Cuma ya blm pernah menang undian sih Hehe
