Discover Tomplay with a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you’ll enjoy unlimited access to the entire catalogue — all instruments, all levels, on all your devices (smartphone, tablet, and computer).

Tomplay offers two subscription options:
• Auto-renewing monthly plan
• Auto-renewing yearly plan (includes the 14-day free trial)

Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be specified. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Tried the free trial and wanted immediately to cancel but there is no where on the app to allow that. Tried to delete my account and it said I couldn’t because I had an active account ( the free trial) 

Sent a message in the’help’ section, but still no reply or acknowledgement after 3 days . 

I do not want to subscribe and be charged for a product that I am not happy with. 

So can someone from Tomplay please respond and cancel my free trial immediately?
