Was advised this would be a good app in the truck however after putting in my dimensions for a 26 m B double then my destination the very first thing you did was send me into a residential area where I nearly did not get out of Would not recommend
When on the general screen on CarPlay with no guidance chosen, the streets are barely visible and blend in with the background too easily. Can the regular streets be darkened so we can distinguish them.
Map is latest. Sydney Fish markets hasn’t moved for decades. The map pin is wrong. The new fishmarkets is under construction and the pin isn’t there either. Harris Farm markets at Broadway is also pinned a block away from where it is. Tom Tom Go app has no way to advise map errors like Tom Tom devices. Sadly the app is not fit for purpose. Maybe it has been mothballed in favour of Amigo??? PS TomTom replied. They are happy for me to report the errors via tomtom website mapshare. I could do that using a TomTom device. Why was the mapshare functionality left out of the app? Sorry, TomTom can get their coders to cross check the poi pins vs other sources.
Hi admin, I am not able to sync my maps from my drive to tom tom app, i did delete app and reinstall, but still not working. Also there is no route record option in this app. What is benefit for paid users. Also there is no option to record routes.
Waste of time of truckers, even though they got a truck mode but it very uselsess and got only one city !.e. Victoria and no where near guiding australian routes Do not download it for heavy vehicles
Unnecessarily long routes, missing street names and dangerous manoeuvres at the last minute are all that I’ve experienced every time I would use the app. Even after the first few times of using it and getting poor routes displayed, I pushed through for a week as I thought it was surely an anomaly. But no, every single day I was either told to go very strange ways, street names I had to turn on or exit towards were not shown or the worst was when it recommended I use a certain exit, but it obviously didn’t have all the lane information on the highway and told me to exit the complete opposite way with no time to get to the other side of the road. The app doesn’t compare to Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps because it doesn’t even come close. Usability aside, it’s also easily the ugliest designed maps. I wouldn’t provide such a harsh review if it weren’t warranted, but unfortunately in this case, it’s very warranted and I would have no idea as to why anyone would use such an inferior navigation app.

Love the app, but very disappointed that the speed limits have not been updated to reflect current speeds.
