The app crashes whilst in use, wont accept vehicle dimensions and even changes the dimensions after inputting. Do not use this app for driving buses/hgv. these kinds of bugs will put you in a very dangerous situation.

I’m existing user registration under different email address. I don’t understand why I chose a “existing user login in’, it pop up a window said “sign in to Apple Account”. How come TomTom assumed all existing users it must be using same email address as sign in Apple Account?! Why don’t let the user input their email address by themselves?!
I thought I’d try the TomTom GO app as i there was a promotion on, all seemed ok, signed in to my account and had a play with it and saved a couple of destinations in “My Places” When I next went to use my TomTom Rider 500 all My Places stored over the last 4 years have disappeared, dozens of them all gone, all that’s left are the few I stored in the app when I signed in and tried the app? What the hell? Has the app overwritten the My Places on my Rider 500?? Not happy, years of locations and routes wiped!
I have used the dedicated HGV tomtom for years and it was brilliant. I now drive a van so downloaded the go app installed the offline maps as instructed and there is a complete area across the middle of the country with no roads showing. I work out of Scunthorpe and once I go a few miles south there is nothing until Peterborough. Useless Sorry, it was my mistake. I downloaded North and the South England and ignored the Central England as I just thought it was Northern Ireland. All good now so have changed my rating. I would have put 5 stars but the search feature doesn’t seem to include places that I have saved in the “ my places” section.
Not Guide assist Only exit from junction
Fairly simple to use and set up, I use for motorhome so like the way you can set up dimensions and weight etc. speed cameras work well. And apple car play compatible. My only niggle is mine froze during a trip and had to restart my phone, clear the trip and restart which didn’t notice until about 20 miles later so could have missed my location :( hopefully that’s a simple bug fix
You have the petrol stations in the amigo app which you can turn off or on, can we have that option in this paid for app to NOT display petrol stations please…
