Downloaded the app thinking I’d find all things organic. It was a big disappointment. You see their ads and automatically think this is a virtual WholeFoods almost. Nope. It’s more like Talabat mart or Taw9eel. Nothing mor nothing less. Good luck.

Very bad application ,, bad service and fraud in orders 👎

اسرع خدمه اذا نقصني شي واحتاجه ضروري .. من افضل برامج التوصيل وفيه كل المنتجات الضروريه اللي نحتاجها 👌🏼

I placed an order during the day it took them 4 hours to address the order although it was meant to be delivered within 1-2 hours max, their representative told me that 80% of what i ordered is not available during curfew period, they wasted my time and then customer service were not helpful at all and they were not responsive properly, then it took them 24 hours to address my order again and process a refund which will take 2-7 working days !

I love shopping with Tons, the prices are better now than before, very helpful shoppers. They made my grocery shopping easier. Excellent call center 👌🏻👌🏻
