Toot! for Mastodon

If it were developed, it could be the best app. The way the connection between toots is shown is really insightful. Also easy access to different accounts. Sadly, does not seem to be developed. If it were, I would wish for an actual video-interface, and for a direct search button, not hidden in top dropdown.

The client is great most features are there: - shows you how popular hashtags are while typing - multiple server support - following specific hashtags But for me it misses: - video player for the videos which allows you to skip forward and back - have the search more accessible (currently behind a … button hurried too far down) Otherwise I highly recommend it

I tried out many Mastodon apps. I prefer that one.

I find it sad that it doesn’t appear in the search results first when it’s clearly the best client out there.

switched to a different app for a few months, came back to this one and it's like night and day

Just got this app a few days ago and I love it! It’s made the Mastodon experience even more fun. You can tell the developer put a lot of love and attention into it, because it shows!

Just an overall very nice client for Mastodon. Good attention to the details. 😺

I’ve been using Toot! (after trying other apps) for nearly two years and LOVE it. It does (almost) everything I could ask for as a Mastodon/Fediverse user, and it does it without any apparent bugs. The one exception is not limiting posts to a specific designated language — unless I just can’t find that setting. I know I can select a language on the Mastodon app, but that setting doesn’t flow through to Toot! (Is there a fix?) Otherwise it’s a 10/10.

I’ve tried Ivory, but Toot! fits my mental model of Mastodon best. The simple controls at the bottom while having the fast-account-switching is 💯
