Used to work fine but since 2.0 update I have been unable to log in.

Not working anymore
So not happy with topsview, they’ve completely left unable to view our CCTV remotely. I was also stupid enough to pay the service charge which I thought was the reason why. I have no idea who to contact, there no help of offer and now need work out what to via some geek.
Totally Useless with Update
Was great till a recent update that requires payment for cloud service to enable remote viewing. Such a fraud, bought for remote viewing in the first place. Worst still, you can’t pay via Apple account. They want your card details in 2020. Pathetic and smells fraudulent, will be changing my device.
CCTV NOW USELESS due to update, AVOID
They have released version 2.0, stating they have updated the UI and fix some bugs. In reality they are now charging for the remote view ability, which you have already paid for when purchasing the device. Unless you accept their blackmail and pay, you can now no longer use your device remotely as it was intended. Will be reporting to Apple. I’ve tried to get in touch with them but they are not replying. Would strongly advise to avoid at all costs!!!
Updated now not working
Automatically updated app so I reconnected cameras and was ok , now I’m getting a message saying I cloud has expired and I need to pay and cannot find device ... yet it works when I am in Eve house 🤷♀️
Not connecting to my cameras
Woke up this morning to realise the cameras have been disconnected. Cannot connect to cameras since then, followed all the instructions , comes out with parameter error
Roll back
Roll software back to 1 from 2, update is buggy, crashes and slow, HD no longer works
Awful app
Awful app. Drains my battery all the time so I ended up deleting it, it has used 85% of my battery when I had never even opened the app or allowed it to run in the background. Another issue is that when I’m not home I can’t access it, it says timed out so I can’t see what’s going on when I’m not home. Wouldn’t recommend this at all.
Rubbish
I agree with other review! I can no longer use these for my cameras! Total joke
Not working.
Since the update my account has become disabled and I’m not able to use. This is the only app I have been told works with my DVR please fix ASAP
