Can’t add devices. Does not support good passwords. Horrible ui. Forces to use cloud. I could go on but overall this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

Toimii joskus jos silloinkaan. Ei voi lisätä laitetta. Ei toimi sama laite kahdessa eri puhelimessa. Aivan järkyttävän huonosti koodattu.

Ja jos vahingossa tunnin tappelun jälkeen yhdistää, poistaa saman AC:n toisesta puhelimesta. Aivan järkyttävän huono.

How can I add type C adapter to my Wi-Fi Network? When I try to add type C adapter I am asked to join ACA Adapter01 network but I cannot choose my own Wi-Fi network using WPS or manually inputting SSID & password. This is really frustrating.

Looks like a year 2000 app. Please redesign there horrible UI and UX.

I'm quite frustrated that every single time I try to add my Haori to the app, the connection process fails with the following error message: ‘AC provisioning failed, unable to add AC’. It seems many others are experiencing the same problem.

We have 2 Toshiba Polars with wifi (2021) at home and despite promises in the previous reviews posted here earlier the same problems continue. Very limited options controlling the units and need for constant rebooting the application for it to function properly. Compared to Panasonics application controlling a HZ35XKE unit (at our free time cottage) this app feels much outdated. Anything you could do about it, repeated generic answers ”we apologize for it” are not really helping any, are they?

When you change settings through the app the setting doesn’t update on the remote control, so remote still shows the old temperature for example. If you change from remote control app shows the new setting, but remote also updates all old settings. Also you could add service level to the app for more detailed info from the ac.
