I subscribed to TotalAV, hoping it would help me clean up the phone, while the application has done nothing for me, getting rid of it is impossible. It doesn’t show as an active subscription on my Apple Pay and it is not giving me the option to cancel it. Technical support has not given me any support as it takes me back to an area where I cannot find my subscription yet I’m being billed. Sort your issues please!!!

This App is a total scam. It appeared on my Bank account today. I did not order it nor do I know how they got my details. Tried everything they told me to cancel but nothing worked nor has it appeared in any subscription. Cannot contact them. Adblock is a nuisance. I do not want Total AV , I do not want Adblock . 
As far as I am concerned this company is not only a nuisance but a thieving scam. Money back please.

My webshield was disabled sonTotalAV told me to switch it on but then it wanted me to do the usual thing I do on my iPhone when I’m being charged for something and I’m not comfortable with that bcos after I downloaded this good security system it began to tell me I had to pay once the time ran out on the free trial. I wanted to uninstall it and that’s when it became very tough to get rid of. So I kept it at a great price but then the pushing to upgrade began. How do u expect me to trust u if u do things like that??

This app has been secretly taking money out of my account every month, it puts you into a subscription very quietly without you really being aware and then makes it exceptionally hard to cancel. I had to send three emails and go through an online process to cancel. Please do not get this app whatsoever.
