It was the best trading app available when SaxoTrader had it, but this Totality app is a disgrace. The developer obviously doesn’t know what they’re doing. The updates fix nothing and the app is so slow and sloppy to navigate it becomes frustrating. At least they left the Saxo trading platform alone, which is the only redeeming feature of the whole app. It’s a shame no one will take notice of all the criticisms in these reviews actually fix it.

The app is really good — all key functionality is in one place. Fast and secure Face ID login makes access seamless, and the direct transition to the trading platform is very convenient. Support tickets are easy to create, with fast and professional responses . Overall, a strong and reliable platform — keep improving 👍

This app (and the totality core web portal) are completely broken for me. Whenever I log in it prompts for a one time passcode to my phone but never sends one. It’s not on my end as Totality edge works fine on the web, but I need the app/code to add funds so I’m stuck. What a complete shambles by Saxo to sell out to these guys, who can’t even get log in credentials working…

The app is just extremely poorly designed. I wished within your responses to the barrage of feedback more attention could be put on usability. I understand the push for security and how it’s nice to have a secure platform, but at the moment it is at a cost to customers general experience. Having a secure platform is great but it’s so secure even account owners struggle to operate it.

Can the usability please be rectified ASAP - every time I log into this app I just wish I was with another broker.

This app app app the saxo trader go app and DCM trader go app no longer provides push notifications with trades or alerts unless the user is in the app. Um makes it not useable really in an age where every app wants permission to notify and the one app that a user wants notifications does not do it. Irony plus.

Agree with the other reviews. The migration from Saxo to Totality feels like going from a V8 engine to a bicycle. 

Login issues, confusing apps, bad support. 

The only saving grace has been the phone support where my issue was resolved in 10 mins. Hopefully this is a temporary phase and they work towards just retaining the previous standards.
