Few times auto loaded my T&G e-wallet and got into “breaching T&C mode” and the system stopped me from further topping up even manually top up my e-wallet. Check with customer service but they ask for sensitive information - bank account no. /bank card account no. / credit card first 6 digit and last 4 digit number. How do I know if the requested informations can help to decipher into sensitive information or not. Anyway I felt it’s not appropriate to ask for credit card or bank account details.

T&G should have a better way to manage this auto load blocked issues.
