This is certainly not the case. During hand over I was told ‘it usually connects and not connecting now, feel free to try it another time’ but this was a lie. I tried multiple times and got frustrated as it doesn’t even allow smart key fob remote start like the Land Cruiser. Spoke to the hand over specialist and was told that the app servers are offline since 2 months and a further wait of probably 3-4 months is expected. Apparently the HQ is revamping the app due to many complaints from the users. I doubt this, probably giving the same answers to all customers. Also, will get an email when the app will be available to use, should have sent an email when the app was not available to use too.
