I have tried to order food for the past 45 minutes and I keep getting the same message every time I’m trying to order from the this app “Unfortunately we cannot deliver orders at the moment” I understand people might not have time during the day or just feel like having take out, however it seems a bit of a piss take when I receive a notification saying “you can proceed with my the other” to later be greeted with “Unfortunately we cannot deliver orders at the moment” ToYou ur deliver system is hot garbage and the only 5 dudes that deliver need a massive raise because u lot are incompetent enough to not get more drivers.

Bad service and poor customer service

اسوأ تطبيق على الاطلاق الاكل يوصل بحاله مو كويسه ولا يردون خدمة العملاء الا بعد ساعات ولا في تعويض على اي خطأ

انا طلبت اكل، انتظرت ساعه بعدين كلمني السواق و قال اخذ الطلب الغلط، بعدين ما رجعو كل فلوسي الي دفعتها، كلمت ال support و قالو بيشوفون حل، و سحبو علي. انصحكم تروحون برنامج ثاني

I provided proof of my issue and explained multiple times what the issue was, all I wanted was a correction on there part however even after this instead of a resolution all I got was a brick wall with idiot after idiot of customer service agents

This app is 100% better thn other apps 10/10
