I’ve tried to submit the sign up form a few time, nothing happen after click submit. Very dissapointed.

no problem login in the website. but cant login in the app. please login test with malaysia phone number. also please give option to login with email address!

This app is faulty, can never recognize the login credential. Change password multiple times in the website and linked with mobile still not able to login. If you need technical assistance you can try to reach me 🥱

An app cannot log in to use at all.

How can an app be this lousy? Sign in which is the first step also can’t be done even after many attempts. This is absolutely horrible.

I was register using email address. However, this app only allow login through phone number. Hope this app can update software that allow option to login through email.

Able to login on website but can’t login on the app. It says wrong account or password

Trying to register as new member, after filled all info and click submit, it prompts to confirm Malaysia number (60), click ok, it turn to full blank white screen. Been tried different day and still the same error symptom.

I’m having a problem to login using apps. But when I login using website, nothing problem. It seem like my account doesn’t connect with apps. Please improve ur apps since it is more convenient to show my membership at store.

Useless app. Wasting time to key in all the required info twice and the app no response at all.
