The new app is no more reliable. Times are not in line with reality. I have just miss the bus I needed because the app said it will pass in 14min. I tried an alternative and then I saw my bus passing through. The app also shows buses that never pass. It’s the worst app for transportation.

Why this app only allow you to buy ticket through phone provider. Why can not work like rest of app pay by card then generate QR code. The map does not allow you to play plan the trip. LEAN FROM ZVV.

Very useful and reliable, gives frequency info, service alterations...

Nul et inefficace ! Ne prévient pas quand il y’a du retard ou donne une mauvaise heure de retard. Pourquoi changer une application qui était bien plus efficace avant et plus facile à comprendre.

Laissez au gens la possibilité d’utilisé l’ancienne version par pitié. 😡🤬

L’interface est mal conçue au point de rendre l’app inutilisable. Il est impossible de trouver une correspondance après avoir cliqué sur un arrêt d’un trajet. Il ne serait pas surprenant que les TPG mettent fin aux contrats des informaticiens responsables.

Remettez l’ancienne version s’il vous plaît, on comprends rien, je trouve que c’est compliqué à trouver son trajet, la majorité de mes connaissances ont arrêté de l’utiliser

Literally the worst app redesign in history. The old version was great — user friendly, clear, easy to use. The new version is so bad it make me wonder if it is intentionally done as a sadistic joke. In the new version departure info is no longer clear or easy to see or understand, unnecessary layers and complexity, impossible to easily see route info, connections and times at a glance which is what you need when trying to get information on quick commute. When I’m trying to see quickly which bus is coming when I liked being able to just open the app before and we it easily not wade through incomprehensible layers only to find incorrect information. Really just a terrible, useless redesign.

Des lignes annoncées qui n arrivent jamais. Informations fausses. Aucun endroit pour déposer sa plainte= les responsables annoncent fièrement que l appli fonctionne bien car pas de plaintes déposées! Grotesque Spugva
