Tout est bien, jusqu’à ce qu’on a besoin du service client. A ce moment là on se retrouve complètement abandonné, face à une service client automatisé qui n’est qu’un guide pour utiliser les fonctionnalités de l’application, toute demande en dehors de ce cadre est ignorée.

C’est un enfer pour sortir des crypto de cette application. Ils vous font tourner en rond avec des vérifications bizarre et inutiles pour vous décourager, vraiment je vous déconseille ce broker surtout pour la crypto! Déçu.

This is the most flat looking and boring app on my phone. These guys spent so money on Brad Pitt that they ran out of budget for UI/UX engineers. Also the app has unusual navigation, swipe down for going back because every page is a bottom sheet! The font is bad, icon is ugh. Fortunately it functions. 3 stars.

Service client à la ramasse.
Au mieux un chatbot AI hallucinant et le nouveau contact téléphonique avec une « vraie personne » qui ne peut que faire remonter la priorité du ticket sur le fameux chat… Bref une personne qui n’a accès à rien, qui ne remonte que partiellement ce qui a été dit et qui ne peut prendre de décision. Quel est son utilité ???

Lors des achats récurent j’ai du mal à comprendre comment ça pouvait être au meilleur prix du jour pour moi quand je regarde le prix payé par mes soins, le prix à payer sur d’autre plateforme et le moment qui a été choisi pour faire la transaction automatiquement.

Sinon, impossible de clôturer mon compte depuis 8 mois (octobre 2025) car un investissement fractionné n’est plus disponible (choix de Trade Republic mais qui n’a pas vendu automatiquement les fractions juste avant) -> impossible de vendre les fractions.
3 réponses sont données et bouclent entre des pauses de plus de 20 jours au niveau du support:
- Ça fonctionne, essayez de vendre. J’envoie la capture d’écran pour prouver le contraire et le ticket reprend (une bonne dizaine envoyées)
- ISIN impossible à trader car non autorisé dans votre juridiction. Du coup quand je demande comment il se fait que je peux vendre les parts entières ça bloque en boucle sur la première réponse : impossible (mais si si, ça a été vendu)
- transférez vos fractions restantes vers un autre établissement. Depuis quand c’est possible ?
