I withdrew 600chf on my account arrived 570. Trading 212 told me there were no fees. However it seems they charged me 5% to withdraw. The support is not helpful and rude. They can not even tell me how much it will cost me in fees to close my account and transfer the rest of my funds. Don‘t trade on this platform!

update: in the end i wasn‘t even able to withdraw the rest of my portfolio in one go. apparently you can only withdraw some funds to specific payment methods with which you deposited. cause i seem to have made one deposit of 100chf with a credit card i couldn’t withdraw the final 100chf to my bank account but had to make 2 withdrawals. so to withdraw around 2500 chf i paid three times the fee of 31chf which equals a 93chf fee. these fees just disappear from the money you transfer. 212 is not able to provide you with documents stating these fees or giving you any clear information on where this money went. its apparently some mysterious swift fee for foreign currencies. they seem to not really know themselves.

I happily used trading 212. But know I need to prove that I am me, which I did with the correct numbers, bit they say it is wrong. Mate, I got my numbers in my hand, I know what numbers you need. Now I got 5 days left until my account gets banned/limited. So i wanted to withdraw all my money. But that won’t work because allegedly my bank declines the transaction. I went to my bank and they said no we don’t decline such transaction and everything was working fine. So with 5 days left and I cannot do anything! I hope customer service answers quickly because time is running out!

Les frais d’achat et de revente sont clairement visibles et l’application vous permet de voir en un coup d’œil quand vous faites des bénéfices à la vente.
