Bad customer experience, still no solution.

disgusting service!! I do not recommend it to anyone!!! don't buy anything here! I bought a ticket 2 months in advance and was unable to get a refund for what I paid by credit card, but decided that I didn’t need the ticket and requested a refund. But the support service cannot return the money to the same card that I paid for, and I constantly asked for other details. I provided 3 different cards but THEY CAN'T GIVE THE MONEY BACK! They gave me coupons to purchase from their service that are only valid until 12/31/23. I lost money and coupons!

You can book ease and cheap. And when it all works for you. You get the deal. But when there is any issue , you gonna chat with there specialised ai who just say all what not needed and when you wait for a real human. There is just 1 human alive with the reason that people with problems after long waiting give up to het there refund etc. They also promises a lot about refund or rebook , but if you read all small letters , there is almost never a real option to rebook.. it all depends on the airline and them, so when you book . Read all because there is always a lil what you offcourse not read and so you not get your refund or rebook..

Pelayanan sangat buruk, ketika purchase mudah, namun pas ada kendala sangat sulit dihubungi. Reschedule pesawat jga sulit utk internasional. Apabila ada keluhan sperti ini pihak traveloka biasanya akan arahkan untuk menguhubungi pihak terkait, namun pasti contact person yang diberikan nnti tidak respon apa-apa. pola nya begitu, saling lempar handuk ketika ada masalah!!

I don’t recommend Travelio service at all Very complicated process Very slow reply and following Only pay online with specific countries High deposit compared to the rental Check in bad arrangements This is till now, will update once I complete the check in process to see if the aprt is the same as photos we saw as my friends told me I will be surprised as they are different from photos ( 2 friends claimed the same)

I booked my flight way toooo ahead of time for me to save and for me to not to worry about it But it turns out that my flight jas been cancelled for ages just because you dont have any flight anymore to clark to cagayan de oro ? If i havent checked the status of my flight online , then i wouldnt know that i would look like a beggar in the airport when my flight comes . ? What the heck ? I didnt even receive a message that my flight is cancelled . Now i have to go to NAIA which is what i hate the most cause it takes sooooo much time knowing i only have limited time because i was cramming already due to the number of VL only that i can file . This is so unprofessional i havent even receive a single apology for all of it . And now i have to pay more because i have to pay for the bus to manila and the amount of hassle oh my God ! I didnt know that it would really turn out this way. So frustrating

Di aplikasi tertulis dinner ternyata beberpa hari kemudian di hapus,, najis pke aplikasi traveloka,, mending pke aplikasi lain deh temen-temen

Saya beli tiket pesawat di traveloka. Ketika mau refund tertulis estimasi refund yg kita bakal terima sebesar +- 70% . Ternyata setelah kita ajukan refund traveloka hanya bersedia membayar sekitar 24% . Dan ternyata setelah kita proses refund traveloka hanya memberikan refund sebesar sekitar 19% . Gila atau tidak anda yg tentukan. Kakak saya beli di aplikasi trip.com dengan penerbangan dan waktu yg sama dapat refund sesuai estimasi yg diberikan yaoti sebesar 70% . Traveloka luar biasa dalam menipu customer dan dengan beraninya menampilkan estimasi 70% di aplikasinya . Aplikasi TIDAK TAHU MALU

Cuma di traveloka pinjaman bulan ini tagihannya juga bulan itu juga, bukan bulan depannya Cuma traveloka juga belum juga jatuh tempo langsung turun abis limitnya 🤣🤣 Kalo takut gak usah nyedian fitur paylater dong, dimana-mana paylater bulan berikutnya baru bayar bukan dibulan yang sama langsung nagih kocak 😆😆
