Check the privacy of the app here, they track you on other sites and apps with your phone identifier.
 These guys are never available. They don’t even post their hours. The store is open. Rewards and cards are closed, IN THE AFTERNOON. 

You can’t go in and pay your bill anymore. It was ‘temporary’. Usual game. 

They don’t listen to feedback either. 

Poor support, never open. When your card decides to not work or even the app decides to not log in for no reason you can’t reach anyone. They don’t care and have horrible customer service. My worst cards for customer service. App is very unreliable. 

Points promos don’t work as they say in the app, and painful process to try to resolve so not worth the promo.

You have to log into the ctfs website on laptop in order to plan your finances every since month. Super inconvenient. Was alright for a long while but I’m quite sick of it now. It’s 2026. Why can’t I just schedule payments from my phone yet.
