Waste of time and money

I accidentally pressed unsubscribe to an email that I needed to keep. I wrote to Trimbox asking how to undo this. They replied that there was no way unless my email is a gmail account. The unsubscribe isn’t through the email account itself so I can’t just go into my email settings and undo it. They have no idea how to fix problems within their own system, which means I will never be able to receive emails from that sender again. Also their advertisement of a refund if unsatisfied is a joke. If signed up through the App Store they say they can’t authorise a refund. And finally emails are responded to within 30 seconds because it is a bot replying, not a real person. So any info is just generic and not necessarily accurate.

No use to me if I can only use it for one email

You state that apparently I can use your app for all my email accounts, yet when talking to your support you said I can only use it with one email account!

Did nothing and asked to sign up to subscription base. Waste of time.

You might want to ad that you only get 10 free unsuscribe and you have to pay for a subscription

Not sure what’s going on. First, half of the subscriptions I tried to unsubscribe from had messages saying the company ignored my unsubscribe request. Then there were messages that emails were unable to be deleted. And now it looks as if it’s done loading and there are 100s of subscriptions that never populated in order to unsubscribe from them.

It’s a little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Easiest way to clean out inbox and unsubscribe from all the junk mail.
