Complaint Regarding Membership Upgrade Issues and Service Experience at Fitness First Bahrain
I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at Fitness First Bahrain following my membership upgrade. I upgraded my membership to Platinum and paid the difference, under the assurance that I would have access to the City Centre branch. However, after just three days, I received a call informing me that my access is limited to the Riffa branch only. This is extremely inconvenient as I reside in Amwaj and it is not feasible for me to come to Riffa. Furthermore, I have encountered significant challenges with booking classes, particularly Pilates. The classes are consistently marked as fully booked on the app, and despite my efforts to reserve a spot, I have been unsuccessful. When I reached out to your team, I was told that I must book these classes directly and pay an additional 5 BD per session. This requirement was neither mentioned in the membership terms and conditions nor displayed in the app, leading to confusion and frustration. These issues reflect poorly on the level of service and professionalism expected from a fitness center of your reputation. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these matters and ensuring that the membership privileges are honored as initially communicated. Additionally, I would like clarification on the booking and payment policies for classes, as they were not transparent during the upgrade process. Kind regards, [karina
